Happy Kids Academy Boca is a licensed preschool serving children ages 2–5. We proudly offer both Russian and English language programs and are seeking a caring, experienced Russian-speaking Preschool Teacher to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian and comfortable working in a preschool classroom. This role supports our Russian language program and collaborates with our English-speaking staff to provide a warm, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support classroom activities for children ages 2–5
- Communicate with children primarily in Russian (for the Russian program)
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with teaching staff, Director, and parents as needed
- Follow all DCF licensing requirements and school policies
Qualifications
- Fluent in Russian (required)
- Experience working with young children (preschool/daycare experience preferred)
- Passion for early childhood education
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must meet Florida DCF requirements (background screening, training, etc.) or be willing to obtain them
